You can use Eazyrefer to refer patients to other Healthcare Specialists or Hospitals. Our platform ensures that you can communicate with specialists in real time. You can build your own network of specialists and will have access to other global network of Doctors / Providers in the eazyrefer platform. With Eazyrefer you can work more efficiently with your top referral partners and always keep them in the loop and participate in patient treatment process even after the patient has left your practice.
Patient has come for a consultation to Doctor (Referring Doctor). Doctor feels that patient needs to be referred to a specialist. Opens the eazyrefer app from the mobile, type’s Patient information (Name, Age, Mobile number, etc.).
Referring Doctor has 3 Options to choose
a) Select the provider from own
network of Specialists
(Preferred Doctors already added by self)
b) Select from networks of doctors
on eazyrefer platform
c) Add Doctor from the mobile contacts
Referring Doctor also types the primary Diagnosis along with the reason for referral (Eg: For Surgery, Admission , Investigations etc.). The Doctor also takes the photo (Eg: Skin Image) using the camera in the mobile and the reports and prescriptions (Eg: ECG, Blood Reports etc.).
Send the referral using the ‘Refer Now’ option in the eazyrefer mobile app.
You can use the eazyrefer platform to receive referrals from your network of providers and
also
from other providers who discover you in the platform.
If the receiving Doctor has not signed up already on the eazyrefer platform, the
doctor will receive a SMS and an email with the details of the referral. The doctor can download the eazyrefer
app from Google PlayStore or from Apple App Store. Sign up with the eazyrefer platform.
If the receiving
Doctor has signed up on the eazyrefer platform, app notification will indicate that a new referral is received.
Open the eazyrefer app to view the referral details including the referring doctor details, patient details, primary diagnosis and reason for referral.
The receiving Doctor accepts or rejects the referral by entering appropriate comments.
Both the referring doctor and receiving doctor can update the status and comments on the referral and view it in real time and track the status of the referral.
